Tomisushi (富寿し)

Established in Niigata in 1950s, the restaurant provides the 100% Niigata Rice and other seafood, mostly Sushi. The taste is Good, especially for the Sushi. I recommend the Sushi Gozen, which includes the grilled fish, hijiki, tempura, miso soup, nigiri set including chu toro (see the photo). We went to the Millenia Walk Branch, and would recommend advanced booking. If in two or three guests, the counter seat looks nice, if you like to chat with the chefs.
