One of the admirable 料亭 restaurant, I always wanted to try in Singapore. Honestly in Japan, it is not much of a big fuss, but here, it is landmark symbol, such as Shiraishi in Ritz Carlton. So the one I tried is the tempura & Sushi gozen (set menu).
Must try if you are stashed with cash or you have patron to give you treat!
