Coming for snorkeling or scuba diving near Singapore? I would say Langkawi is one candidate for this objective. What we did is to go through local travel agent in one of the advertisement in local map and signed up. It will be a day trip from morning to mid afternoon: 08:00am pickup and send back to hotel around 16:00. The package includes transportation, lunch rental of snorkeling. The diving spot is one hour ship travel from main harbor in Langkawi island. The water quality, environment is good to enjoy a fun dive or snorkeling only.
